Efficient IT is a decisive competitive advantage for companies. IT project portfolio management<\/strong> is dedicated to the planning and management of all IT projects. Given the frequent discrepancy between the number of IT projects to be carried out and the available resources, prioritization<\/strong> is essential to ensure that these can be implemented within current capacities<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

In this seminar, we will present effective solutions<\/strong> for planning and managing IT projects, also known as IT project portfolio management. Case studies<\/strong> will be used to illustrate the approach. <\/p>\n\n

Module 4: IT Portfolio<\/h1>\n\n

The use of IT in companies aims to increase the value of the company. The task of IT portfolio management is to coordinate these tasks within the organization. <\/p>\n\n

IT portfolio management acts as a bridge between strategic and operational planning. Its task is to establish the link between corporate goals and IT tasks (business \/ IT alignment), to plan and control IT products (IT product portfolio management) and IT projects (IT project portfolio management). <\/p>\n\n
