IT processes support the successful implementation of IT products and IT services in organizations. Through the structured analysis<\/strong> and optimization<\/strong> of IT processes, companies can identify potential to improve their operating procedures<\/strong> and strengthen their competitiveness<\/strong>. The implementation of efficient IT processes enables companies to optimize costs and use resources more effectively<\/strong>, which ultimately leads to improved profitability and efficiency. <\/p>\n\n

Module 5: IT Processes<\/h1>\n\n

The focus of this module is on optimizing the value added (value added = total output – intermediate output) of IT and the specialist departments, i.e. the aim is to maximize total output or revenue and minimize intermediate output or costs. Minimized costs are achieved through a high degree of automation and high productivity. <\/p>\n\n

This seminar shows ways in which process models (e.g. SAFe, CMMI, ITIL) can be used to achieve demonstrable increases in IT efficiency. <\/p>\n\n
