Whether in the context of a management cockpit or application in the balanced scorecard, the aim is to demonstrate and apply practical solutions. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Module 1: Basics<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Module 1: Fundamentals, we want to show what we mean by value contribution. We also look at it from different perspectives. This seminar focuses on IT controlling. We show how this complex topic can be applied quickly, practically and efficiently in day-to-day work with regard to IT value contribution.
