It provides valuable information on whether we still have untapped potential or whether we can be satisfied with the results we have achieved. We have therefore firmly integrated this tool into our analysis practice and made it a fundamental part of our work, as it brings us closer to our goal of increasing the value contribution of IT in a practical way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Module 1: Basics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first module, we would like to show you how we understand the value contribution in the IT sector. We lay the foundation for gradually establishing the IT value proposition in your company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knowledge of our own location is crucial in order to be able to make targeted improvements in IT. This includes an honest assessment of our IT performance and recognizing strengths and potential weaknesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of this seminar is to develop solutions and methods for identifying optimization potential and to provide recommendations on how to improve performance in your company.
